What Is a KD Calculator?
A KD calculator is a gaming tool that calculates your kill-to-death ratio. It shows how many eliminations you achieve for each death and provides a quick way to review performance across one match, several matches, a season, or your complete account history.

How to Calculate KD Ratio
Divide the total number of kills by the total number of deaths:
Example calculation
150 kills ÷ 100 deaths = 1.50 KD
This result means the player averages 1.5 kills for every death recorded.
What Does Your KD Ratio Mean?
A higher ratio means you record more kills relative to deaths, but KD should not be treated as the only measure of skill. Objectives, assists, support roles, team strategy, matchmaking level, and game mode can all influence the number.

How Many Kills Are Needed to Reach a Target KD?
The target calculation assumes your death total stays unchanged. It uses the following method:
Required total kills = Target KD × Current deaths
Additional kills needed = Required total kills − Current kills
For example, a player with 150 kills and 100 deaths needs 200 total kills for a 2.00 KD. Therefore, the player needs 50 additional kills without another death.

- Use several matches instead of one match to reduce random variation.
