SIP Calculation Formula

For a fixed monthly SIP without annual step-up, the calculator uses the future value of an annuity-due formula:

FV = P × [((1 + r)n − 1) ÷ r] × (1 + r)

Here, P is the monthly investment, r is the monthly rate of return and n is the total number of monthly instalments. For step-up SIP calculations, each monthly contribution is projected separately after applying the annual increase.
